NN Group in The Hague is seeking a financially oriented Strategic Programme Manager to drive and shape strategic financial transformation programmes within Non-life. You will monitor pricing, costs, internationalisation and consolidation, and develop actionable plans to improve efficiency and customer value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder networks, and translate strategic options into tangible programmes while balancing profitability and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead financial transformation programmes across complex organisations.

• Conceptualize and develop financial transformation strategies.
