Qualifications

- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Experience with governance, PMO, portfolio reporting.
- Ability to align delivery with strategic objectives.
- Strong commercial awareness and client engagement.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex programmes and portfolios with multiple projects.
- Define delivery strategies, governance, roadmaps.
- Align priorities, roadmaps, tech initiatives and delivery plans.
- Balance scope, schedule, budget, risks, benefits.
- Provide executive reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors.
- Lead steering committees and governance forums.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers.
- Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support business development through proposals.
