Job summary

People & Products in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large tech initiatives spanning multiple teams in a product-led, agile environment. You own the how and when of delivery, working closely with Product Managers to align on strategy and priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management across multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience with mission-critical systems and high-stakes delivery.
• Proactive stakeholder management; visible under pressure.
• Experience in product-led, agile environments; coordination not bureaucracy.
• Technical understanding to engage with engineering leaders.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plan, milestones and critical path for cross-team initiatives.
• Make dependencies and risks visible early, align roadmaps with the integrated plan.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Finance and vendors.
• Provide leadership with a data-driven view of status, risks and trade-offs.
• Frame options for prioritisation and recommend scope, date or resourcing changes.
• Improve the delivery system by tracking milestones and stakeholder clarity.
