Job summary

STICHD is seeking a seasoned Program Manager based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, to steer complex transformation programs tied to core enterprise systems like PLM, ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and WMS. You will oversee planning, execution and closing, ensuring alignment across projects and stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

You will manage multi-year roadmaps, drive risk-based decisions, and translate strategy into concrete action.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in project and/or program management.
• Advanced knowledge of program and project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA, AGILE).
• Strategic mindset with experience translating strategy into tactical plans.
• Deep understanding of a company IT landscape and its complexity.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define executional approach for project scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans with resources, timelines and budget.
• Lead teams in program and project execution and monitor progress.
• Assign tasks, track dependencies and manage risks and countermeasures.
• Ensure top-quality deliverables meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Track expenses and prepare financial reports and forecasts.
