Job summary

Wolters Kluwer, through Enablon, seeks an Associate Director of Data Program Management in Alphen aan den Rijn, NL, or Bois-Colombes/Paris, FR. Hybrid (2 days in office).

You will lead managers and senior professionals across departments, ensuring projects align with objectives, managing large programs, and driving a data transformation journey that informs strategic decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Data science or related engineering field.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of business metrics including RevOps, customer success and retention metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Fluent in English.

• Provide leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals across multiple departments.
• Oversee multiple related departments or project areas.
• Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives.
