STICHD is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects focused on strategic business transformation. You will define execution plans, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes within scope and timeframes.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong knowledge of PM methods (PRINCE2/IPMA/AGILE), and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. Den Bosch base with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in project and/or program management.
• Advanced knowledge of Program and Project Management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA, AGILE).
• Proven background and profound understanding of a company’s IT landscape and its underlying complexity.
• Strategic mindset and experience in translating strategic thinking to tactical planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the executional approach for the project’s scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define detailed project plans, including resources, timelines and budget.
• Lead teams in the implementation of a program and underlying project plans.
• Monitor progress and recognize upcoming challenges or risks.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to program and project expenditures.
• Plan well in advance and report potential escalations to senior management.
