Job summary

DP World in the Netherlands seeks a Strategic PMO to turn strategy into action across our Europe Contract Logistics business. You will lead and coordinate strategic programs, driving transformation and measurable business impact with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will develop roadmaps, manage risks, and foster governance across multiple countries, enabling growth initiatives and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects and programs within complex organizations.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Strong planning, governance, and problem-solving skills; able to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic projects and programs across Contract Logistics in Europe.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Facilitate governance structures, steering committees, and project reviews to support decision-making.
