Job summary

ibc group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager Portfolio & Partners to lead commercial strategy, manage core portfolios, and partner with brand stakeholders. The role focuses on growth, performance, and long-term market development, with hybrid work and weekly office presence.

You bring 10+ years of leadership, strong commercial and strategic capabilities, and experience with Agile ways of working. This is a senior, impact-driven position within a socially relevant health-insurance context.

• Experience in leadership roles with 10+ years in a commercial context.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of one or more strategic core portfolios.
• Translate portfolio strategy into multi-year objectives and actions.
• Develop and refine strategic portfolio plans based on market results.
• Build a shared commercial vision with internal groups and brand partners.
• Identify growth opportunities through analysis of customers, markets and competitors.
• Drive commercial initiatives within the Members & Brand Partner division.
• Act as senior contact for strategic brand partners.
• Coach colleagues on complex commercial topics and support development.
