Job summary

Bugaboo Group seeks a Business Controller to drive profitable growth across regional and digital channels. You will own end-to-end commercial control, oversee revenue, margin and cost discipline, and partner with senior stakeholders to safeguard premium brand and long-term health.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Data teams to build strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, design finance reporting in PowerBI, and close the books with accurate sales and margin insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, controlling or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of management control, planning cycles and modelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to guide internal customers.
• Hands-on, proactive mentality with value-add mindset.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with advanced reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial control for regional performance and Digital channels, ensuring revenue, margin and cost discipline.
• Coordinate with sales for strategic plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with regional teams and product management on new initiatives with clear risks and opportunities.
• Design finance reporting, analysis and KPI dashboards with Data & Analytics.
• Support SIOP process by validating revenue translation and forecast reasonability.
• Drive dashboarding insights in PowerBI for decision-making.
• Close actuals and sales-margin reporting; serve as right hand to regional GMs.
• Contribute as a core member of the controlling team to achieve finance objectives.
