Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or in RGM/TPM leadership within CPG

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with major CPG clients and senior executives.
• Translate client objectives across RGM and TPM into clear platform requirements and actionable plans.
• Facilitate market discovery sessions and ensure technology deployments align with commercial strategies and KPIs.
• Coach juniors and develop training programs using real market data to drive adoption of analytical tools.
