Job summary

CuspAI is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the development of our R&D data, compute, and lab access ecosystem across EMEA. You will secure high-value compute agreements and establish formal data-sharing partnerships with publishers, labs, and academic institutions.

As a senior negotiator, you will shape grant strategy, manage multi-party collaborations, and align partnerships with the company’s scientific and business goals in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or tech transfer in deep-tech or AI.
• Direct experience managing cloud provider agreements.
• Advanced degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, math, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with AI agents or related interfaces is a plus.
• You can translate scientific goals into commercial proposals and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead compute and infrastructure partnerships with major providers.
• Secure data-sharing agreements with publishers, labs, and universities.
• Manage grant opportunities and lead collaboration with funding bodies.
• Collaborate with Head of Partnerships and AI researchers to align needs.
