NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Executive to lead managed-services client delivery. You will own end-to-end accountability for contracts, client satisfaction, governance, financial performance and P&L.

The role requires on-site presence in Eindhoven three days per week and close collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure services meet commitments and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in managed services or complex IT service-delivery environments.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and contracts.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams across matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of service management, governance, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with client escalations handling.
• Client-centric mindset with ability to balance client outcomes with contractual and business commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for assigned managed-services contracts, ensuring services meet scope, SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Serve as senior delivery management contact and client liaison; maintain trusted relationships and represent client delivery priorities within NTT DATA.
• Provide senior oversight and orchestration of service delivery, coordinating delivery managers and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations across services and locations.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, quality measures and delivery KPIs; provide regular updates to client stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead client governance, service reviews, steering committees and major delivery escalations; resolve client concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption and protect service quality.
• Own the P&L for assigned contracts, including revenue, costs and profitability; align resources to client demand.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with Finance and account leadership; oversee billing and financial risk management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to address incidents and performance concerns.
• Drive service improvement and efficiency by reviewing performance and actions.
• Contribute to proposals and account planning by assessing delivery effort and client value.
• Provide leadership and direction to delivery managers and staff for staffing and capacity planning.

Educación

Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or Business or related field
