Zusammenfassung

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Delivery Executive to lead managed-services client delivery with end-to-end accountability for contracts, satisfaction, performance, governance, and financial health within the scope.

You will be the senior delivery contact coordinating with client stakeholders and NTT DATA teams to ensure services meet commitments and drive continuous improvement, including site presence in Eindhoven three days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial senior leadership experience in managed services or equivalent IT delivery.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and complex engagements.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across a matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of service management, governance, and performance reporting.
• Direct P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and margin management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for assigned managed-services contracts.
• Serve as senior delivery management contact and client liaison.
• Provide oversight and orchestration of delivery across teams to meet expectations.
• Monitor performance, SLAs, quality metrics and KPIs; report to stakeholders.
• Lead governance and steering committees; address escalations and issues.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect service quality.
• Own P&L for contracts; manage revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and billing oversight.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to resolve incidents and performance concerns.
• Drive service improvement and client outcomes; support proposals and planning.
