Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Delivery Executive to lead managed-services client delivery within a strategic engagement in Eindhoven. This senior, client-facing role carries end-to-end accountability for contracts, client satisfaction, service performance, governance and P&L.

You will coordinate delivery managers and cross-functional teams, build trusted client relationships, address issues proactively, and drive improvements while protecting contract value.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in managed services or equivalent IT delivery.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and complex engagements against SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary service-delivery environments and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for assigned managed-services contracts, ensuring services meet scope, SLAs and contracts.
• Serve as senior delivery management contact; build trusted client relationships and represent priorities within NTT DATA.
• Provide oversight and orchestration of delivery teams to meet client expectations across services and locations.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, quality measures and delivery KPIs; provide updates to clients and leadership.
• Lead governance, service reviews, steering committees and major escalations; resolve issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect service quality.
• Own P&L for contracts, with accountability for revenue, costs, margins and resource planning.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; oversee billing and manage financial risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address incidents and performance concerns.
• Drive service improvement and client outcomes by reviewing performance and taking actions.
• Support proposals and account planning with delivery effort assessments.
