NTT DATA in the Netherlands seeks a Client Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end managed-services delivery for a strategic client. You will be the senior delivery management contact, work with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure services meet commitments and support the client's business.

This role requires on-site presence in Eindhoven three days per week. You will own the P&L, drive governance, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with suppliers

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in managed services or complex IT delivery environments.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and contracts.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary service delivery in a matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of service management, governance and reporting.
• Direct P&L ownership with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Undergraduate degree in IT/Business or related field; ITIL preferred.

Mansioni

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for assigned managed-services contracts in line with SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Serve as the senior delivery management contact and client liaison; maintain clear communication with client delivery priorities.
• Coordinate delivery managers, specialists and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations across services and locations.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, quality measures and delivery KPIs; provide updates to client stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead governance, service reviews, steering committees and major escalations; coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect service quality.
• Own the P&L for assigned contracts, including revenue, costs and profitability; plan resources accordingly.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with Finance and account leadership; ensure accurate billing and manage risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to address incidents and performance concerns.
• Drive service improvement and efficiency to deliver better client outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals and account planning by assessing delivery effort and value.
