Innoptus is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of major industrial customers in manufacturing. You will translate customer challenges into tailored PTC solutions (Creo, Windchill, Codebeamer) and lead strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in B2B sales, preferably in complex or consultative environments.
• Experience managing large customers, Key/Strategic Accounts.
• Proven track record engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Strong relationship development, account growth, and new business generation.
• Hunter mentality with ability to open doors and close deals.
• Master’s degree in a technical, commercial, or business-related field.
• Affinity with industrial software, digital transformation, or manufacturing.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and customer value.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
