Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a Key Account Manager for a global logistics client. You will own a portfolio of established accounts and drive growth in volume and profitability across existing partnerships.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or German is a plus. The role includes travel to client sites across the Netherlands (1–2 days/week) with a hybrid work model and opportunities for international development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or international trade logistics
• Experience as a Key Account Manager or similar
• Hands-on order management experience
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts, achieving volume, revenue and profitability
• Act as the escalation point for clients when operations need attention
• Take ownership of order management end to end, working with operations to resolve issues
• Set a solid account engagement plan for the next 1-2 years
• Strategic account planning and stakeholder relationship development across all customer levels
• Develop and implement a plan to achieve customer renewals and avoid leakage
