Job summary

NN Group HR Strategy & Change is transforming into a product‑oriented organisation. As Portfolio Manager you orchestrate HR governance, align the portfolio with business priorities, and provide transparency on value delivery, risks and performance.

You will facilitate annual and quarterly planning, support a product way of working, and help leadership translate priorities into actionable plans. You will partner with Product Managers and HR teams to maximise value for employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 8–10+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategy execution, governance or related roles.
• Experience in complex, international organisations and strong facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the HR governance and portfolio management cycle.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure delivery teams focus on high-value initiatives.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning and portfolio reviews with HR leadership.
• Monitor HR portfolio KPIs, OKRs, value delivery, risks, dependencies and benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and HR teams to align priorities with capacity and business value.
