Job summary

NN Group Netherlands is seeking a Portfolio Manager in HR Strategy & Change to steer the HR portfolio, align it with business priorities, and enable value-driven decisions. You will collaborate with HR leadership, Product Managers, and strategy teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure delivery teams stay focused on high-value initiatives.

You combine strategic thinking with execution, facilitate complex discussions, and communicate insights clearly to senior leaders.

Qualifications

Master's degree required.
8-10+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategy execution, business transformation, consulting, or governance roles.
Experience in complex and international organisations, with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic sparring partner for HR leadership on portfolio, governance and transformation topics.
Facilitate annual planning and quarterly reviews across HR; manage portfolio reviews and reporting.
Define and monitor HR portfolio KPIs, OKRs, and value delivery with data-driven insights.
Provide executive materials and ensure alignment across HR and business priorities.
