Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Portfolio Manager within HR Strategy & Change to orchestrate the HR portfolio, align initiatives with business priorities, and drive value-based decision-making. You will partner with HR leadership, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.

You bring 8-10+ years of portfolio management and governance experience, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and a Master's

Qualifications

Master's degree required or equivalent.
8-10+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategy execution, business transformation, or governance roles.
Experience in complex and international organisations.
Strong facilitation skills, especially in leadership and decision-making forums.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure delivery teams focus on high-value initiatives.
Define, monitor, and report on HR portfolio KPIs, OKRs, and progress across value delivery, risks and dependencies.
Drive a product-based, value-driven way of working within HR and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Act as strategic sparring partner for HR leadership on portfolio and governance topics.
Prepare executive materials and portfolio reviews for senior leadership.
