Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO level in a technical, commercial, or business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and/or Portfolio Management is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.

Job description

Do you want to shape the direction of an international product portfolio?

For an international organization in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a Product & Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing a product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle. You will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into concrete product strategies.

You will act as the link between market intelligence, product development, and commercial objectives. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams, both locally and internationally, you will help drive portfolio performance and business growth. You will report directly to the Head of Product & Portfolio Management and become part of a team of five professionals.

What will you do?

• Manage and optimize the product portfolio;
• Develop pricing strategies and monitor profitability;
• Lead product introductions, portfolio expansions, and product phase-outs;
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data;
• Identify opportunities to further improve portfolio performance.

Turning Market Insights into Opportunities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;
• Translate insights into product requirements and portfolio recommendations;

• Collaborate with Sales and R&D on future product developments;
• Conduct benchmark and competitive analyses.

Stakeholder Management & Knowledge Sharing

• Work closely with regional and international stakeholders;
• Align product priorities with commercial objectives;
• Support the sales organization with product and market expertise;
• Develop and deliver product training programs;
• Advise stakeholders on product and portfolio-related matters.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level), preferably in a technical, commercial, or business-related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management;
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and/or Portfolio Management is an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Commercial mindset with a strong customer focus;
