Job summary

NN Group N.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Portfolio Manager within HR Strategy & Change to ensure our HR portfolio stays aligned with business priorities, capacity, and value delivery.

You orchestrate governance, support a product way of working, and help translate priorities into actionable plans for delivery teams. You will partner with HR leadership, Product Managers, Finance, Data & Analytics and other stakeholders to define KPIs, enable decision making, and drive outcomes that benefit

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 8-10+ years in portfolio management, strategy execution, or governance roles.
• Experience in complex and international organisations.
• Strong facilitation skills for leadership and decision-making forums.
• Familiarity with agile and product-based organisations.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic ambitions into a balanced HR portfolio.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain an integrated view of the HR portfolio and performance.
• Provide capacity insights and enable prioritisation decisions.
• Define and monitor HR portfolio KPIs and OKRs.
• Act as sparring partner for HR leadership on governance topics.
