Job summary

Adecco Eindhoven is seeking a Product & Portfolio Manager to shape an international product portfolio across its lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and R&D globally. You will analyze market trends, translate insights into concrete product strategies, and drive portfolio performance.

You will work with regional and international stakeholders, manage data accuracy, and contribute to growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurship-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO level in a technical, commercial, or business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and/or Portfolio Management is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the product portfolio.
• Develop pricing strategies and monitor profitability.
• Lead product introductions, portfolio expansions, and product phase-outs.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data.
• Identify opportunities to further improve portfolio performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Translate insights into product requirements and portfolio recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize new product and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D on future product developments.
