Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related analytical field.
• Around 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to structure and drive complex topics end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across seniority levels.
• Structured and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to translate analysis into action.
• Ownership and ability to thrive in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Steer and prioritize Kramp’s portfolio of strategic projects
• Select and prioritize initiatives and enable informed trade-offs
• Ensure realistic, feasible portfolio planning and execution
• Maintain visibility of project timelines, dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints
• Align capacity, capabilities, and priorities across teams
• Collect and consolidate insights from program and project managers
• Provide data-driven analyses and scenario support for decision-making
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support portfolio-level decision-making
• Continuously improve portfolio management and delivery practices
• Collaborate with project and program managers, line managers, the Portfolio Management Team, and senior stakeholders
• Report to the Head of Portfolio Management within the Corporate Development Team
