Job summary

Kuros Biosciences, a Swiss-listed life science company, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for Bilthoven to shape workforce strategy and deliver HR programs. You will partner with leaders on talent, engagement, and performance while ensuring compliance with Dutch laws and council requirements.

You will collaborate with global HR centers of expertise, drive organizational development, support recruitment, and guide managers with actionable coaching; a strong Dutch-English capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR, Legal or Psychology required; Master’s or HR cert preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP.
• Experience in the Netherlands or Benelux region, international matrixed organization preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Dutch employment law andWorks Council processes, employee representation, sickness absence and reintegration, and local HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Guide talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to implement programs and initiatives.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution strategies.
• Coach and develop managers by offering candid, actionable feedback to help leadership skills.
• Support recruitment activities, interviewing, assessing candidates, and advising on selection.
• Provide guidance on and partner with Talent COE on restructures, org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Advise leadership on Dutch employment law requirements,.Works Council matters, communication on organizational changes, and local benefits administration.
• Ensure HR practices align with collective labour agreements, internal policies, Dutch payroll, pension, and leave entitlements.
