Job summary

Kuros Biosciences is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a hands-on and strategic partner to business leaders in Bilthoven, Netherlands. You will guide talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and HR programs while ensuring a positive employee experience.

You will collaborate with Centers of Expertise, manage complex employee relations, and align HR practices with Dutch law and local requirements in a global context.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner in the Netherlands or Benelux in an international, matrixed organization.
• Solid working knowledge of Dutch employment law and works council processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Guide talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement programs and initiatives.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution strategies.
• Coach and develop managers with candid, actionable feedback.
• Support recruitment activities and advise on selection outcomes.
• Advise on org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, contracts, and internal policies.
• Support Works Council matters and clear communication on organizational changes.
