Job summary

Medline International BV in Utrecht is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA Sales & Marketing to partner with senior commercial leaders across 27 countries and drive organizational growth, leadership capability, and workforce performance.

You will translate business strategy into people initiatives, influence senior leaders, and lead talent management, organizational design, and cross-functional HR programs across the region. Willingness to travel within EMEA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering or HR leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and support commercial organizations.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Experience operating in an international, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders across EMEA on strategic people topics.
• Influence business decisions through coaching, consulting, and HR expertise.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and performance improvement.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business growth.
• Support transformation programs, restructures, and change management efforts.
• Advise leaders on organizational structures, capabilities, and operating models.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, retention, and career development.
• Foster inclusive leadership and strong leadership pipelines across the region.
• Use HR data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on workforce planning, engagement, turnover, and organizational performance.
• Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Technology, and Learning & Development.
• Support the delivery of key HR processes, including compensation reviews, talent planning, performance management, engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.
