Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Netherlands to work with the Managing Director and senior leaders on talent, performance, culture and engagement across the country.

The role oversees talent reviews, employee relations, and organizational change, ensuring compliant, strategic HR support aligned with local requirements. English fluency is essential; Dutch language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Proven experience managing Works Council relationships.
• Fluent English essential; Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director and country leadership to focus on talent, performance, organisational development, culture and engagement.
• Lead complex employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
• Own relationship with Netherlands Works Council and employee representative bodies; drive consultation under Dutch law.
