Qualifications

• Around 5 years of broad HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• Business-oriented and analytical, translating data into people solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the people strategy, translating business priorities into impactful HR actions.
• Partner with, coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership and build high-performing teams.
• Drive organisational development and change to improve structures, ways of working, and team effectiveness.
• Lead talent and performance management, including development, succession and performance.
• Use people insights and data to strengthen engagement, employee relations and business decision-making.
• Connect the business with the wider HR organization across Talent, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
