Job summary

Join Nespresso Netherlands as an HR Business Partner, a role where you translate business ambitions into a strong people agenda. You’ll partner with leaders to drive engagement, performance and organizational change while shaping workforce capabilities across the Dutch market.

You will collaborate across Talent, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits in a hybrid setup, supporting both people and business outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Minimum around 5 years of broad HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
Strong HR expertise across organizational change, performance, talent development and employee relations.
Business-oriented and analytical, turning data into people solutions.
Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
Curious, proactive and capable of challenging constructively.
Experience partnering with leaders across retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute the people strategy, aligning with business priorities.
Coach and challenge leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
Drive organizational development and change for better structures and ways of working.
Lead talent and performance management including development and succession planning.
Use people data to strengthen engagement, ER and decision-making.
Coordinate with Talent, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
