• Proven experience in human resources management and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and compliance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand workforce requirements and staffing needs.
• Lead and oversee site-based HR programs and initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning, and talent development.
• Manage relationships with external staffing providers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and programs.
• Lead performance management and succession planning.
• Manage HR budgets, reporting, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and policies.
• Provide guidance on labor relations and union matters where applicable.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and risks.
• Coach one HR Advisor and promote engagement initiatives.
