Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations and social law.
• Experience in an international matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits topics at Benelux level.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor & fiscal laws and regulations at Benelux level.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HR projects where impact on social consultation or socio-legal context is important.
• Help with social dialogue and renovation of the local social industrial strategy; support works council and union delegation processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
