Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking an HR Benefit & Labor Law Manager (Benelux) to lead employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and strengthen social dialogue across Benelux. The role partners with managers and HR Business Partners to renovate industrial relations and drive organizational strategies.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in employee relations, social law, and compensation/benefits within an international matrix, with fluency in Dutch and English and knowledge of Benelux

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to adapt work style in several countries (Benelux) and with corporate level.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HR projects where impact on social dialogue is important.
• Serve as HR partner for managers and HR Business Partners to renovate social dialogue and local strategy.
• Assist in organizing and running formal and informal social consultation with works council and union delegation.
