Air Liquide is seeking an HR Benefit & Labor Law Manager to lead employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive a positive, compliant work environment across Benelux. You will partner with managers and HRBPs to modernize social dialogue and policy implementation.

The role requires expert knowledge of local labor and fiscal laws, excellent communication, and the ability to manage sensitive information within a multinational matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations and social law.
• Experience working in an international matrix organisation.
• Experience and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits topics at Benelux level.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor & fiscal laws and regulations at Benelux level.

Responsabilités

• Participate in HR projects where the impact on social consultation or the socio-legal context is important.
• Renovate the social dialogue and the local social industrial strategy; partner with managers & HRBP.
• Organize and run formal and informal social consultations (works council and union delegation).
• Prepare, negotiate & implement company collective labor agreements and employment regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies; ensure consistent application across the organisation.
• Advise management on legal and regulatory issues related to employment; respond to inquiries and conduct audits.
• Design, implement and administer Benefits projects to improve employee experience; evaluate plan changes.
• Support global and Benelux compensation & benefits topics with market insights.
