Job summary

Air Liquide Netherlands seeks an HR Benefit & Labor Law Manager who partners with managers and HRBPs to navigate employee relations, social dialogue, and complex compliance across Benelux. You will organize formal and informal social consultations, guide negotiators, and ensure fair disciplinary processes while protecting confidentiality.

You will lead compensation and benefits simplification, monitor local labor and fiscal laws, and develop policies that ensure consistency and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations and social law.
• Experience of working in an international matrix organisation.
• Experience and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits topics at Benelux level.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor & fiscal laws and regulations at Benelux level.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and social consultation processes.
• Lead initiatives to simplify compensation & benefits offering.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Advise management on legal and regulatory issues related to employment.
• Design, implement and administer Benefits projects.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.
