Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands is seeking an HR Advisor who partners with managers and employees to translate HR challenges into practical solutions on the shop floor. You support growth, development, and change, and play a key role in building a high-performing organization.

The role combines HR projects, workforce planning, talent development, and employee wellbeing in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field is required.
• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Advisor.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; hands-on, proactive mindset.
• Experience with HR systems (AFAS is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on team development, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, organizational performance, absenteeism, and employment law.
• Support employees and managers on change, career development, and sustainable employability.
• Contribute to HR projects in Health & Fit, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy, Learning & Development, and HR process optimization.
• Maintain a visible HR presence on the shop floor and manage HR matters from A to Z.
