Job summary

Eneco in Rotterdam is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner Tech to translate business strategy into a people agenda and act as an advisor to senior leadership within our Tech organisation.

The role involves advising on organisational development, driving talent strategy, and strengthening the engineering culture in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have significant HR experience, particularly in Tech, and strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as (Strategic) HR Business Partner or similar.
• 5+ years experience in Tech / IT / digital environment.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Tech MT on organisational development, talent strategy and workforce topics.
• Bridge agile tech dynamics with corporate governance.
• Drive attraction and retention of scarce tech talent.
