Job summary

AAEON Europe in Eindhoven seeks an HR Advisor to be a key contact for employees and managers, supporting recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance.

You will join the People team and collaborate with payroll partners across Europe to ensure legal compliance and smooth HR operations for about 60 staff.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (oral and written).
• Bachelor's level education; HBO/Bachelor's equivalent.
• Position open for both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

For our headquarters in Eindhoven, we are looking for an HR Advisor.

As an HR Advisor you are serving as a key point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters. This role is involved in providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR compliance.

You will be part of the People team, consisting of a Head of HR, an Office Administrator, and this HR Advisor role. You will also work together with our local payroll offices who also advise on local labour legislation.

Together with the People Team, you support our offices across Europe: the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, and Sweden, with a total of 60 employees.

Your main responsibilities

General HR

• Maintain HR administration and systems.
