Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands is seeking a Recruiter to attract and select colleagues across production and related roles. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing vacancies to interviewing and guiding candidates, collaborating with HR, Recruitment, and Hiring Managers.

You will work in a small team of two Corporate Recruiters and the Global Manager Talent Acquisition, with room to grow into an independent recruitment professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in HRM, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and growth potential in this field.
• Strong communication skills, Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and curious mindset with initiative and teamwork.
• Prior recruitment experience, e.g., internships or part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and selecting production employees and operational roles.
• Writing and posting vacancies focused on production and shop-floor positions.
• Actively sourcing and approaching candidates through various channels, including staffing partners.
• Coordinating and collaborating with temporary staffing and secondment agencies.
• Scheduling and conducting introductory and selection interviews.
• Guiding candidates through application and onboarding processes.
• Maintaining contact with schools, training institutes, and internship coordinators.
• Building and maintaining talent pools for production roles.
• Working with production, hiring managers, and HR for workforce planning.
• Administrative processing of candidates and contracts in Recruitee and AFAS.
