Job summary

Smith & Nephew, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Recon & Robotics in the Netherlands.

You will grow our Orthopaedics and Robotics business by building surgeon and hospital partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving adoption of innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical Education teams, manage strategic account plans and support product evaluations.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Medical Devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record in business development or sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with surgeons, hospitals and stakeholders.
• Identify and convert new opportunities across hospitals and clinics.
• Drive adoption of Orthopaedics and Robotics portfolio within accounts.
• Create and execute strategic account plans for growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical Education teams.
• Support product evaluations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and reporting.
