Smith+Neohew is seeking a Business Development Manager, Recon & Robotics to drive the long-term growth of our Orthopaedics business in the Netherlands. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and other healthcare stakeholders to expand opportunities and accelerate adoption of our Reconstruction and Robotics portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Previous commercial experience in Medical Devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record in business development or sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; ability to travel within the Netherlands.

Aufgaben

• Develop and expand relationships with surgeons, hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospitals, treatment centres and clinics.
• Drive the adoption of our Orthopaedics and Robotics portfolio within existing and prospective accounts.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to support sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical Education teams to deliver value to customers.
• Support product evaluations, educational programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and business reporting.
