Stryker's Mako Robotics division in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Mako EMEA, to shape the regional brand strategy and drive adoption across Europe.

You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management and Sales, leading cross-country campaigns, developing scalable assets, and mentoring the Brand Marketing team to accelerate portfolio growth in a complex international market.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Significant experience within medical devices
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing or commercial roles
• Previous people leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience working successfully in complex international matrix organisations
• Fluent English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the regional brand strategy that drives adoption and growth
• Coordinate across Europe with Global Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
• Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Align global and regional priorities with US upstream and downstream teams
• Build relationships with local marketing teams and commercial leaders
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes for Europe
• Support product lifecycle management and launches
• Analyze market performance and identify growth opportunities
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members
• Influence senior stakeholders across a complex matrix organisation
