Job summary

Finatal, an international software and SaaS group backed by private equity, is seeking a Director of FP&A & Group Performance to shape financial performance and drive the next phase of value creation. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid work, you will report directly to the CFO and lead Group FP&A and Business Control.

Qualifications

• Senior FP&A, business control or commercial finance leadership in software, SaaS or tech.
• Experience in a PE-backed and/or acquisition-led international business.
• Proven forecasting improvements and ability to influence commercial outcomes.
• Strong people leadership and comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape Group planning, rolling forecasts and long-term financial strategy.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, profitability, resource allocation and investment.
• Connect ARR, NRR, sales pipeline and delivery performance to growth and cash generation.
• Support acquisitions, integration and value-creation tracking.
• Strengthen reporting, data and planning tools and build a commercially driven finance team.
