Job summary

Impactsearch BV is seeking a Senior FP&A Controller for its Amsterdam head office. You will act as a sparring partner to management, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

In this role you will shape forecasts, run scenario analyses, monitor opex/capex and contribute to IFRS reporting. You will influence stakeholders and drive improvements across multiple business units with scalable financial tools.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in business control, FP&A or similar.
Strong knowledge of management control, financial analysis, investment analysis and modelling.
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic sparring partner for management and business managers, providing KPI-based insights.
Prepare financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to support investments and planning.
Monitor opex and capex and advise on performance and improvements.
Identify opportunities and risks and drive improvements in financial steering.
Collaborate with departments on strategic and commercial projects.
Contribute to IFRS reporting and reporting to senior management.
Work with large datasets and develop scalable financial tools.
