Michael Page is partnering with a well-established digital organisation to recruit a senior FP&A professional in Amsterdam. The role focuses on leading financial performance management for a regional unit, linking operational metrics to financial outcomes through robust modelling and scenario analysis.

You will consolidate planning and reporting for senior stakeholders, supervise budgeting and long-range planning, and drive automation and advanced analytics within finance.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A and corporate finance experience.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning experience.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation in finance.
• Experience partnering with commercial and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance management across a regional business unit with robust modelling and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate planning and reporting outputs for senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders, providing financial insight and challenge.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Improve reporting frameworks and finance processes for efficiency.
• Support automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Manage financial planning calendar and timely reporting across revenue and cost areas.
