Job summary

LOGEX Netherlands is seeking a skilled Business Controller to join our fast-growing European SaaS group. You’ll drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, partnering with leaders to translate operations into reliable projections.

You will turn data into actionable recommendations, monitor ARR, GRR, NRR, bookings and churn, and support the CFO with analytics in a PE-backed, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Control, Financial Planning, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, and churn.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the rolling forecast process for designated business areas.
• Partner with department leaders to translate operational plans into reliable financial projections.
• Play a key role in the annual budgeting cycle.
• Identify and proactively communicate risks, opportunities, and variances.
