Job summary

Camino Search is partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Director. You will own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and build scalable financial models to drive decision-making at the executive level.

You will deliver clear insights to the leadership team, partner with Sales, Marketing and Product on performance and investment decisions, lead KPI reporting and board packs, and improve systems and data quality as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics).
