Job summary

This is the company in Amsterdam seeks an FP&A Manager, Business Partnering to translate ambition into measurable outcomes and partner with executive teams to understand growth bets and what needs to change as the organization scales.

You will own the planning cadence across the annual plan, monthly updates, and rolling forecast, build scenarios, challenge assumptions, and ensure the cycle guides strategic investment while balancing growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance or related roles.
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing decisions.
• Ability to connect long-term ambition to financial and operational outcomes.
• Strong planning and scenario analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams at executive level and become part of their regular planning cadence.
• Help leadership define success over the next 12–24 months and translate priorities into financial/operational measures.
• Own the planning cadence across the annual plan, monthly updates, and rolling forecast; test paths and adjustments.
• Build a view on growth, investment, productivity, capacity, and execution supporting long-term growth.
• Challenge assumptions and help leadership decide where to scale, improve efficiency, or change direction.
