Job summary

PhotonFirst International seeks a senior finance leader to own end-to-end financial strategy, governance and transaction readiness. You will drive fundraising readiness, shareholder governance, and company secretarial matters as part of the management team.

You will shape strategy, funding and exit readiness for growth. Fluent English and Dutch, strong stakeholder management, and proven experience with VC/PE fundraising are essential; Alkmaar-based, on-site role in a fast-moving photonics

Qualifications

• Translate strategy into financial priorities and value creation.
• Experience with VC/PE fundraising and investor materials.
• Strong governance, board and company secretarial experience.
• Experience coordinating with shareholders, banks, and auditors.
