Job summary

Innolume B.V. on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven seeks a seasoned Head of Finance, Administration & Group Treasury to lead finance, administration and treasury functions from the Netherlands with regular travel to Dortmund.

You will partner with the MD and leadership team to shape financial strategy and governance for an internationally growing photonics company. The role requires a strong background in finance leadership, liquidity management, and corporate financing, with fluency in Dutch

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Substantial professional and leadership experience in senior finance roles, ideally within an international industrial or technology company.
• Strong experience across Finance, Accounting and Controlling, with solid knowledge of Group Treasury.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, corporate financing and banking relationships.
• Sound knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls and financial risk management.
• Experience in process optimization and organizational development combined with strong commercial judgement.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, mid-sized organizations with short decision-making paths is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, combined with very good command of German, both written and spoken, is required.
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset combined with strong financial expertise and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and empower high-performing teams.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance, administration and group treasury functions.
• Act as trusted partner to the managing director and leadership team, providing financial insight for strategic and operational matters.
• Ensure transparent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Professionalize Group Treasury including cash management, liquidity planning and risk management.
• Develop financing strategies and maintain relationships with banks and financing partners.
• Support investment decisions and strategic growth with robust financial analysis.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and internal controls for an internationally growing tech company.
• Drive process optimization and scalable structures across finance and admin.
• Develop Finance into a value-creating strategic partner for management and operations.
• Lead and empower the finance and administration team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams across Innolume organization.
• Contribute to long-term organizational and strategic development of Innolume.
